This house is our principal residence and the majority of our bits and pieces remain in!
It is planned for a large family (max 6 children)
on the ground floor : a parental suite with 'queen size' bed 200x200 with a privative shower-room with WC .
and a bedroom with 1double bed + a folding bed 90x190.
A bathroom + an independent WC.
First floor two bedrooms : one with a mezzanine bed 90x190 and a folding bed 90x190 and another with bunk beds 90x190.
Thank you to bring your sheets, pillowcases and towels. The rent of sheets, pillowcases and bathroom linen is possible for 30€ per week.
You should not be allergic to our two female cats'hairs which stay in
but our neighbour will nourish them. As the spiders which we chase away before your arrival but which return immediately inside !!!
In the lounge : a "video space" with video tape recorder reader DVD and HI FI, lots of Books in French and English , a grand piano for the music lovers.
You will have a personal space in the cupboards of each bedroom and in the kitchen.
In outside A swimming pool double secured fence and detection of fall alarm . a Ping Pong table.
Summer prices from 5th of July until 30th of August 2008 : 1190 euros a week
35% accompte asked to reserve and the balance one mounth before the date of rent (swift bank or cash by post)
